This is a great free resource with ACT Practice tests and study material. You can create an account on a school computer then access it through your login anywhere.
Library Information
The mission of the MVHS Library is to provide students and staff access to information in a variety of formats in order to provide quality educational experiences and to foster an appreciation of literary and creative works.
Our collection includes:
- More than 10,000 fiction, nonfiction, and reference books
- eBook Collection on Sora including over 300 fiction and audiobook titles
- 100+ videos, both nonfiction and fiction
- Regular subscriptions to more than 25 magazines and journals
- Subscriptions to the Springfield News-Leader, Joplin Globe, and Lawrence County Record
Library Hours and Policies
7:45 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Teacher sign-up calendars are available at the Circulation Desk to reserve the Mobile Computer Lab or schedule classes in the Media Center or Computer Lab.
All students planning to visit the library during EXCEL must obtain a pass from Mrs. Johnston by the end of third hour.
- Fiction and nonfiction books may be check out for two weeks.
- Newspapers and periodicals may be checked out overnight.
- Fees will be charged for damaged books which can be repaired.
- Replacement costs will be collected for lost materials.
